ALL SAINTS CHURCH, HERODSFOOT | | HERODSFOOT NEWS - COMING EVENTS SATURDAY 11th AUGUST Summer Fete at 2.30pm in the Old Vicarage Garden, or in the church if wet. Thanks for offers of help already received, further offers of help, or of cakes, produce, plants and other items will be gratefully received. SUNDAY 19th AUGUST The Evensong service has been cancelled, instead we have been asked to join Hymn Singing on the Green at Duloe with the St Pinnock Junior Band.SATURDAY 8th SEPTEMBER This is the Sponsored Event day for the Cornwall Historic Churches Trust, any sort of activity, riding, cycling, walking, knitting etc. can be sponsored. The majority of churches and chapels in the Liskeard area will open and will have lists to record visitors. All the money raised by each church or chapel is split 50:50 between the Trust and that church or chapel. Help us to help the Trust, it has helped us with a grant for All Saints' repair and restoration work. Sponsorship forms are available from Sally and Bill Hall at the White House - 01579 320797.SUNDAY 16th SEPTEMBER Harvest Festival followed by a Supper, 6.30pm in All Saints.
